Soccer Suicide

You have to select a winning Premiership team each weekend (usually Saturday through Monday). If the team you select does not win then you are eliminated (although you are allowed one draw). Note that once you have selected a team you cannot select the same team again. 

Rules are as follows:

1. Each entry is £10 (payable to Ross).
    
2. Your selection for each weekend must be sent to me by 7:30pm on the Friday via text. For mid-week fixtures the cut-off will be advised.
    
3. Only Premiership matches are eligible (usually played Friday through to Monday). There has to be a minimum of 7 games.
    
4. You cannot select a team that you have previously selected unless you have already selected every other team in the Premiership. If you mistakenly pick a team you have picked before then Rule 5 will apply.
    
5. If you fail to send me your selection by 7:30pm Friday (or the cut off time advised by me) then you will be disqualified.
    
6. Once you have made your selection it cannot be changed except that if a match is postponed you are allowed to send another selection. If you fail to send another selection then you will be allocated the highest ranked team that is playing at home (according to the latest Premier League table) that you have not yet selected. If more than one game is postponed where teams have been selected then all fixtures are void.
    
7. If a match is abandoned for any reason then the score at the time of the abandonment will stand.
    
8. If your selection does not win then you are eliminated. You are however allowed one Draw.
    
9. I will send out a reminder text every Wednesday and Friday to those entrants who have not been eliminated and have not yet sent their latest selection.
    
10. Payout will depend on the number of entries.
     
11. Note there is no 'count back' in Soccer Suicide. For example if three players are eliminated in second place then they split the second and third place prize money regardless of any previous results.

I will publish everyone's selections each Friday on this website (see table below).

There are 20 entries so the winner will get £140 and the second will get £60.
